DOVE™ has designed, patented and fabricated the most economical, practical and highly efficient minerals concentrator for easy and
rapid concentration of metals and various other minerals. The concentrator is supplied as a stationary or portable unit.
VBS™
Concentrator is easy to use, does not require an operator or fresh water. Supplied in 4 models, with capacity range of 12-30 M3/hour
(slurry) or 4-10 Tons/hour (solids).
ADVANTAGES:
VBS™ Concentrator
offers the distinct advantage over the other methods by having the ability to absorb large fluctuations in ore grade, tonnage rate,
and dilution without any effect on the final recovery results.
VBS™ Concentrators do not require fresh, clean
water, as fully suspended slimes do not appreciably affect the results up to the specific gravity of 1.50. The reclamation of water
with recycling is the standard practice.
VBS™ Concentrators are designed for continuous concentration and
recovery of minerals, without operator interferrane.
VBS™ Concentrators are the economical method for recovery
of fine concentrates, as the overall operating and ownership costs are much lower than other methods since they require almost no
operator attention.
VBS™ Concentrator is the most secure concentrator and method of metals and minerals recovery.
Since the mineral concentrate is always hutched, mineral losses due to theft are easily prevented. VBS™ is configured with a security
cover and locking mechanism, the operator has no access to the production.
VBS™ Concentrators can be configured
with the EXPLORER™ portable plants, for continuous concentration and recovery of powder gold, diamonds, and other minerals.
